I've discovered that barbeque-oil is great for frying meatballs. Adds some extra spice.
I'd also like to present one of my favourite clips from the youtube jungle - it's about this guy who attends a wedding after a cold and especially long russian winter, which he mostly spent at home, listening to music - watching mtv, dancing and dancing, one vodka after the other.
Then spring comes and a couple of his friends decide to marry. The russian guy brings every move he's collected during the long winter and discos the night away:
