After spending one week on slimming herbal tea (with a slight laxative effect) and loosing 1 cm of bum, I've decided to spend this week with a more hands-on approach - sit-ups, donkey-kicks, the cat, the peeing dog and going bicycling. Every night for a week.. Let's see how my backside feels about that
