Even this year we went to visit my uncle and we stood by his grave.
Actually it was the first time at his stone, it said "I've dug my last hole" and we giggled a bit.
It must have been his own words. I remember him saying stuff like that.
The stone also said: * Loved & Missed *.
Especially today. There was much christmas-spirit in him.
Other stuff too...
He was a heavy guy.
******************
Me, Mum and Dad spent a quiet day with food and movies.
I guess next year will be different, but for this year the whole family shattered like leafs in the fall.
Not in a bad way... It's just that we all remind eachother too much of him, and him not being around anymore.
I hope we'll all gather next year again.
Like them other leafs, sticking together in the gutter.
I apologize for all the bad leaf-metaphores, it might be the late night wiskey I had with my father.
However, I do sincerely wish possible readers of this a merry christmas. Love those you love
Cheers!

Well, there are people who actually enjoy "Dadlar".
Which makes just about as much sense as those people who starts war.
To sum up how things are going with my new bowlingball... It also pretty much sums up the anxiety I felt when I realized I had lost the bank paper stating to which account I want my salary.
In panic I realized that someone else might fill out the form stating their account instead and this is such a typical me-problem, being confused cause I'm having to clean up all these little messes that I tend to get myself into...
However as always things managed to work themselves out as I called the bank and they promised that they had a direct connection to another system that always gets my salary onto the correct account. But I made the guy promise to write down that if anything changes - if they get a note from "me" saying I want the salary to go somewhere else to contact me. And he said they would.
All ends well. But I tell yah, I'd be a whole lot better of if I just managed to keep it together - me and my stuff.

Star-gazing

I like to say I enjoy star-gazing.
More because it sounds like a really nice thing to do than I actually do enjoy it.
Not that I dislike star-gazing, it's quite lovely - just that I enjoy those moments on public transport when the lights go out more.

...Keep it soft and tender.
*******************************
Tonight I'm all soft inside.
I've noticed I get that way when I see long time friends, it's like when in "Igby Goes Down" his Godfathers wife tells him "Igby... lovely to see you, I could eat you with a spoon".
That's the way I feel about seeing Ida, Henrik and Gen tonight (as well as Linnea and Johanna) I could just squeeze them to death - those people belonging to a complete other part of my life than the usual one.
(I believe curious minds can find the music via www.oklahomo.dk)

Oh well.
This is the smartest thing I thought of today:
Today is the rest-day of my life.
That's it!

I've also thought about these smart embryos of ingenuity that other people came up with....
- Oliver said (while on the subject of pornography) that those flicks also might have helped spice up peoples sexlife, adding another dimention to the subject.
I'll be the first to admit I've never thought about that aspect of it.
- There was also this woman on the morning news who had written a book on why the Soviet Union fell apart and she made a very good point in asking "Why didn't it fall apart for all those years?" - which if answerd and ponderd upon gives a good hint about the answer to the first question at hand.
Note to self:
When you wonder "Why" something is, always ask: "Why it isn't".

I also decided that I actually don't belive that we ever landed on the moon.
Things just doesn't add up.
I've decided on this point of veiw after giving much thought to the following:
1. Why did US and A broadcast the whole event live on television?
If the landing would have been a total disaster, it woud have meant that they would have lost the entire war 'cause the Soviet Union had already had first man (and dog) in space, so for the Americans to win they had to beat that no matter what and beating meant something along the lines of landing on the moon....
(I'd also like to add that much of what happend at that time was a show-off, like the russians having bomb-atraps in their parades when they wanted show-off their guns.)
2. No one ever went back to the moon. Why?
The moon seams like a fairly pretty place to be - just ask the man himself.

... And speaking of space, Sweden has our first man up there now. Today he lost his monkey wrench up there while space-walking and trying to fix something.
On the telly they wondered if it would fall down on us at some point?
But it'll just circulate around earth won't it?
